What Shipping Methods Are Available?

There are three (3) major shipping methods available; First is the Local Pickup Method, where customers are allowed to pick up orders themselves. Second is the Vendor Shipping Method, where the seller takes care of the delivery of products. Here shipping costs may vary because it is based on seller's defined conditions such as distance. And the Last Method is Free Shipping, which is a special method which can be triggered with coupons and/or minimum spends.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! we do, but the shipping method or platform is unavailable at the moment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery timelines vary by area or geographical location of both the seller and the buyer. However, it is our goal to make sure that you get your order delivered at your doorstep in 10-15 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How do I place an Order?

To place an order on Sell4Naija: 1. Enter the name of the item you’d like to buy in the search bar or you can browse for products and categories by selecting the “SHOP BY DEPARTMENT” page on the left side of your screen. You can also browse for your favourite vendor/seller by selecting the “Store” page on the menu. 2. Click on a product to learn more about it or add to your cart 3. Click add to cart and proceed to the checkout page 4. Register or login into your existing account by entering your email and password 5. Enter your shipping/billing information ensuring your address is complete and accurate 6. Select a Delivery Method 7. Choose your preferred Payment Method 8. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To change your order, first, you must cancel the order. After you have canceled the order, then you can re-order your preferred item. *Note*: You will only be eligible for a refund upon cancelation of an order, if your order has not been shipped before you cancel the order, otherwise file a dispute.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, however, you can create an account during checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

1. To track the status of your order: 2. Log into your Sell4Naija account 3. Select ‘Account Icon’ in the upper right hand menu 4. Select ‘Orders’ 5. Find the item you would like to track and click ‘see details’ 6. Select the “track item” to display delivery details You also receive delivery updates via email Account mailbox and App notifications to make it easy to know when your order will be delivered. How Can I Return a Product?

To request a return: 1. Log into your Sell4Naija account 2. Select Account in the upper right-hand menu. 3. Select Orders 4. Find the item you would like to return and click Request a return. 5. Select the number of items you wish to return the reason of the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product. 6. Select your preferred refund method. 7. Select your preferred return method (pick up from your address or drop off at a pickup station) 8. Check your information and submit your return request.
